Great video! I watched it prior to going and just now after having returned. Quintana Roo must have spent money on restoring the beach because it is fabulous. Only issue I had was the constant euro dance music being played during the day. (Fortunately, they shut up at night.)

Excellent video! I am thinking about going there soon. Did you need to wear a mask when walking around and taking this video outside? I am assuming you didn’t need to because the property is mostly open air.

the property asked guests to wear them in corridors of the resort, so I did. But yes, the resort is mostly outdoors so the risk level is lower than other hotels I would say.

Love the food at the grand hyatt! Some shrimp and seafood options, but was limited compared to other visits. Grill was closed, just the beachside restaurant and sushi bar were open. Club was closed. Thanks for watching!

We just got back from this hotel! It was pretty cool , except for the beach part :(, it was full of seaweed ! Your review was pretty accurate , except that The Grill is now open . Can I ask what is the name of the song on the video? I want to download it but I can’t find it on Shazam ! Thanks !

It’s was closed technically when we were there but likely open now. Spa was open for treatments but not the rest of the facilities. Buffet line for breakfast but served by employees, rather than self-serve!
