Grand Luxxe at Vidanta in Nuevo Vallarta! Complete Luxury Vacationing?

Since initially hearing about Vidanta in Mexico, we have stayed here three times already! We love everything about it! We stay in the Grand Luxxe level every time! It is so sophisticated and upscale! We have been to there Riviera Maya (Cancun) location and well as Nuevo Vallarta (Puerto Vallarta). You have a choice between Grand Bliss, Grand Palace, Grand Mayan, etc. Grand Luxxe is our favorite!

If you’re like me and have VERY PARTICULAR taste about where you stay and the accommodations ARE important to you, and you prefer not to have to feel like you are babysitting other people’s children on vacation, you’ll enjoy our videos! Our daughter is in her 20’s so it is time for us to enjoy romantic honeymoon travel! We love everything about luxury travel, overall wellness, and fitness (so an excellent spa and fitness center is a must for every vacation). Finally, as Christians, we prefer mature, contemporary,

We loved Cancún! We really like that location because they had the Jungala Waterpark and the Cirque du Soleil show Joya!

And I have seen different reviews regarding the resort fee. Someone even mentioned it was $450! I saw your response that you were charged $150. Maybe it's per double occupancy? Thanks again! Greetings! We just booked to stay at the Grand Luxxe in April via Intervel. There were several comments on TripAdvisor indicating there was aggressive pressure at check-in to attend a timeshare presentation. Did you encounter this? Thanks!

Greeting! You know there was a push for a timeshare presentation, but nothing too strong. We were pretty clear with them that we didn’t want to attend.

Hello, im booked for next summer how much were the resort fees and is there any way around them? Are they pushy with time share seminars?

The resort fee was $150. I had booked through Government Vacations, but had to pay Vidanta the resort fee. They were pretty annoying trying to collect it early. They were not pushy because we let them know from the onset that we had no interest in attending a presentation. They will try to get you to when you check in. Someone will be there with your “welcome package, coupons and map”. She really intends to try to schedule you for a timeshare presentation. Just say no. I told her we did not have time and were hungry.

Sorry, I never checked out Grand Vidanta. This is Grand Luxxe at Vidanta. Vidanta has several levels, Grand Bliss, Grand Mayan, etc.

Yes, you can bring kids. It is about 20-25 minutes from the airport.

The reason you don’t see Santoro completely packed is because it’s been the same show for 15 years or longer seriously the same sand painter the same music the same everything, they need to do something with that or maybe they know, if it’s a fantastic show there is not enough seating.
