That is the very reason (The coming Down), i don’t frequent those kind of places, i enjoy what i can afford, luxury is not “My cup of tea” So to speak, i Never attended company parties that were held in Country Clubs and such, when one considers that half The world lives on Two dollars a day, The rest of us are really living in affordable luxury, thats just my take. We were there last month. And our experience was beyond our expectations. We traded in a week from our time share in Orlando so it wasn't that expensive to stay there. The food was amazing and the service in each of the restaurants was worth every penny. Definitely not a place to watch your pennies. But its doable if you watch what restaurant you go to. There's fine dining and there's tacos too; so something for everyone. Was our first time there. And we will definitely be back. Absolutely beautiful and the staff makes sure your needs are taken care of. Just Go people! And experience for yourself. 😁

I was there three days in " Nuevo Vallarta" It is in Nayarit..very near to Puerto Vallarta Jalisco. Which have beautiful places too! Vivaa mexico..! 🐏🐏🐏🇲🇩

Stayed there 2 years ago. This is definitely next level presidential stuff. We felt the same way as you did Greg felt like we didn't belong in there. High level 10 star resort. Highly recommend if you can afford it. Don't even have to leave the grounds if you don't want to they have everything there. Keep the good content coming.

Vallarta Adventures has an excursion that is a cirque de soleil style show and then dinner. It is just absolutely fantastic, especially if you can get in Boat 1, with the Pit Bull looking captain. I heard that the guy who owns it or put it together or whatever was an original co owner of cirque de soleil

We just stayed at Grand Mayan... Vidanta is a Tourist Trap. Puerto Vallarta resorts are so much more enjoyable since you have the whole city right there.

Glad you liked Vidanta. I've been a member for 10 years. I always go in April which I think is best weather there. Did you go to the roof top restaurant+swimming pool on top of Grand Luxxe? The construction you saw in the distance isn't just anotehr resort up river. It is a resort combined with a Disney style theme park/water park entertwined with Cirque du Soleil performers. The chairlift will be used to bring guests in from Grand Luxxe instead of the golf cart bus service lines. It is going to be called Kingdom of the Sun...that's where I uprgaded my membership too. See you in April if you want another Vidanta visit?

No, they dont make it easy...spent a small fortune getting out and about from the Grande Luxe exploring all the nearby towns, markets and sites further north. Beautiful property but I could have been anywhere in the world if we never left the compund!

Wife and I stayed in Grand Luxxe for a week in 2018 and again in 2019. Great property but you have to deal with time share pressure. The thing about a resort like this is that we didn't spend much time off the property. When we did go into PV, we never followed the malecon south of Los Arcos. Instead, we got cool drinks at the coexist cafe and shopped the vendors across the street in the pueblo viejo mercado de artesanias. We were to hot & sweaty after shopping (late october both times) and went back to the resort. Never crossed rio cuale. It was only after seeing some of your vids that we realized we missed the playa los muertos, the awesome looking pier and the romantic zone. Wow, we missed so much!! We will absolutely be back to visit PV more thoroughly after Rona and we're so grateful to you both for opening our eyes to the PV we haven't seen. Now, if we can only get our possessions down to a few bags like you guys.... Cheers!

Yes its right where you cross the bridge from Puerto Vallarta to Nuevo Vallarta right on the border you could say. I stayed in a hotel on the Nuevo Vallarta side and would pass by there every time going to Puerto Vallarta and just seeing all the construction going on there you can tell its going to be massive, it's not even close to being done yet.

This company is 100% Mexican owned. They started with time Share hotel at Mazatlán many years ago. I am member since 25 years and this is one of my best investments. My family loved it. We can not wait to go there every year. They have placed like this at Rivers Maya, Rocky Point, Mazatlán, and they even have their own Cruise. Very proud of what it can be done in Mexico. Saludos

We try to go down a few times a year, we have a trip planned for this March and also October. However, this will be our first time staying at the "Estates" at Vidanta that were being built on the other side of the river! Super excited to check out this new part of the resort!!! So much has changed since yall were their... new pools, brand new restort (Estates), new restaurants and bars, and the Sky Dream parks gondola, its the first ever beach resort gondola!!!

We stay at the condominiums across from where u were. We have access to the Grand Mayan and it is nice to go over there. The lazy river is really fun. It is not cheap there but worth it to go. It is an experience for sure. At night they have entertainment at the Sanctuarios (?) in the middle part. If u get a chance and u havent checked those places out, i recommend u do! Finally u got to Nuevo!! 🤗🤗👍👍

I was in Puerto Vallarta this August and would pass by there every day cause I stayed in Nuevo Vallarta side. Just looking at all the construction from the bridge its gonna be massive. But I was told by different uber drivers that you have to buy into a time share and every one knows how that works. You get suckerd and scammed into paying alot of money and it's not even all inclusive. Does anyone know if this is true?

I just spent the last 2 weeks here. It’s not all inclusive. But it is awesome. Downsides-very far from Walmart or Soriana. The inside grocery prices are super high. And it’s small.

We had to go to a timeshare at the one in PV, but they gave us a huge discount certificate to Nuevo Vallarta Grand Mayan resort for a week, $499, so we are going to use it next March 2021. A value of over $4,000 for the week! Can’t wait!
