Near the end I thought:"Hang in there Maxim, only ' a bit of cadenza' and you are home free". He came back on stage for an encore and that was truly heroic". He was a good no.: 2 🌷 congratulations.

Lando played his concerto incredibly slowly...it was not exciting. I wonder why he chose such slow tempos.

Verbier 2023 Mr. Pletnev played Rach v e r y slowly and the audience and collegues loved that performance.
