Sorry, you didn't set the watch correctly. The long yellow hand refers to the outer times and is a 24 hour clock. You set the GMT hand to 8:32 am wherever that was. But you set the local time to 7:32 or 19:32 but you did not set it to 3:32. You were referencing the hour hand to the outer 24 hours setting not the actual inner 12 hour marks.
