I have a VIP membership. If you ever want to experience "the other side," I would be happy to let you go down as a guest under my membership. The member rooms are even better than the non-member rooms, which are great. We don't really care about riding in the black golf carts and only take advantage of nights we are going to dinner, and the women are in heals. We have only ever experienced this resort in Mexico. We loved it so much and enjoyed it even more every time we went. We love sharing the experience with other people. It is nice to hear other people love it just as much.😊

Also, they just opened a new airport in Tulum so the ride to the resort is shorter now.

You are no longer allowed to save loungers around the pool, if they see towels on the loungers folded for more than an 1hr or 2 they will confiscate the towel. Like you said in your video, if you want V.I.P. service become a member, that's what the members pay for is special treatment. Thanks for you video.

Love Grand Sirenis, been multiple times from UK, Premium flight eases the 10 hrs. A lovely place, the staff remembered our names in the lobby bar! Splendid pools, rooms, food, service, staff, cant recommend enough!

Yeah better then me. My fridge never restocked. They were horrid at cleaning (lack of towel animal smallest complaint). And yeah they don't leave you alone. I had housekeeping walk in when I was half naked without knocking. Horrid service if you are solo, especially drinks at theater. Best part of resort was the beach bar and buffet. And it was right next to start of lazy river. Grab a drink plop in a tube and sip while you float down river for 15 minutes.

I've been going to this resort since 2010 and I am beyond impressed with it. Going back this year again after covid. So happy they didn't change at all. This is my home away from home. And really reasonably priced as well. Thank you for a great review! 👍

The wifi was great throughout the resort. I don't think I had any problems with being connected anywhere on the resort. No harm in getting a local plan but the wifi works fine.

Unfortunately no. There's a limit based on the number of nights you spend there. So choose wisely. Not sure though what would happen if you show up without a reservation.

Thank you for subscribing! It is a bit of a drive. Depending on traffic you can expect the drive to be between an hour to an hour and a half from the Cancun Airport.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ULTIMATE LEISURE CLUB - nearly everything they told us in the sales meeting was a lie and we are now out thousands. I've not been to this hotel, but its probably very nice, but you should definitely book it with other operators like TUI
