It was great to watch this. My girl and I were here in 2009 while still in our 20s, and it feels like a lifetime ago. It all looks the same. The Yalku beach bar (10:31) used to be called the Tortuga Grill. I was trying to find pictures or video of this spot because we had a lunch time meal here and a few beers with the breeze flowing through our hair, there was a mood in the air, it was calm and light-hearted, sunny and hot, but the breeze was super refreshing. It is one of my fondest memories, of all time. Walking around with a video camera feels awkward for most people, but the footage is forever and many can enjoy it for years to come. I just back from Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya 2 weeks ago. Other than seaweed beach, everything else is very good. Especially, food is very good.

12:26, Coati's a lemur family and they all live together, been to Grand Sirenis many times, the seaweed has always been a problem due to its location, they seem to have done up the rooms since we went last a few years ago. Fabulous hotel, love it there, the staff remembered our names when we kept showing up. Good footage my man, keep it up. Trying to spot your accent, I live in Exeter and there seems to be a slight hint of the West Country?

Thanks. Yes drinks in the a la carte included also. You can book the dolphin experience online look for dolphin experience acumel on Google. Worked out I think something like 120 pounds for the top package including photo shoot for 1 adult. There are good online booking discounts.

Hello, we are planning there to go there in a few months and wanted to book the "Club Premium Junior Suite" , but I checked all the booking site and I could only find the "Deluxe Junior Suite". Are you able upgrade the room at the hotel?

Great video ! Would you recommend this resort to people with bad knees / mobility issues ? It does look like ALOT of walking to get anywhere. Sure looks beautiful!!

Thank you. There is a lot of walking involved but there are guys regularly about with golf buggys to transport people who need it so could use them. As long as you made the hotel aware of your requirements when booking I'm sure everything would be fine.
