Maybe you are concerned with realism but let me ask you a question: Assuming that it is possible to prevent genocide and atrocities with a good long term strategy, how do you determine the tolerable level of genocide and atrocities when you say " a world with...., less genocide, less atrocities" instead of saying "without genocide or atrocities"? Of course I agree it is not easy, but, finally, what is easy?
