The level design was honestly breathtaking

I played vice first then this. The way it had tunnels metro and multiple levels to the city felt so much better. Vices story 80s references and soundtrack was incredible though. Plus the added weapons and flyability. Shame so many dead areas of wasteground in the map space wise.
