Since 1999, Resort Trust (a company that operates membership hotels) has been managing the hotel. Originally, the hotel itself was built in 1993 by a company called Nihon Kaiyo Keikaku, but the collapse of the bubble economy made it impossible to attract customers, and Resort Trust took over the business.
The hotel is characterized by "comfort. Infrastructure is poor on Hatsushima, with no convenience stores or rental cars. XIV Hatsushima has its own infrastructure, including hotel stores and shuttle buses, making it a comfortable place to stay.
In addition to XIV Hatsushima, there is a guest house and a glamping facility (PICA Hatsushima) on Hatsushima, but in terms of comfort, XIV Hatsushima is unrivaled.

週末初めての初島への旅行です^_^ 関西に住んでるので有馬京都琵琶湖は手軽ですがなかなか関東方面は… ホテルの中の案内を見て心躍ってます😂めっちゃ楽しみ😊　 ありがとうございます😊 朝7時には出発しないと…と、旦那と決めてます😂

私も関西住みですが、関西から関東は手軽に行きづらいですよね💧 ホテルは、広くてかなり楽しめます！ 晴れている場合、初島はかなり日差しが強く、日光を遮る場所が少ないです☀️日光対策していくことをオススメします🙆‍♂️

初めまして。 確かに車や電車で行ける範囲の場所の方が利便性的には良いかもしれませんね。 しかし、船で行くというひと手間をかけてたどり着く保養地もなかなか善いものですよ！ ぜひ行ってみて欲しいです
