yes, grandaddy are a heroes on their own, very deep indeed, and so brilliantly melodic,,,,beautiful is the word, one of top 20 bands of all time, belive me, i've heard most of them.......

I saw them on this same tour, I think, in the UK. Jim Fairchild (guitar) had been in an accident where their van had pinned him up against a wall and injured his shoulder. When Jason told everyone I shouted "Thanks for still playing!" and Jim seemed a bit taken aback and said "Thanks for having us!". Super humble and cool guys.

I like them, but this version is a bit too fast in my opinion. A little bit slower were perfect ;)
