I'd love to see a full length video of Tim's magic tricks. Even if they're simple they have a lot of charm when Tim presents them.

Where I grew up they called the baseball toys Madballs
@alpha_wolf_2426 Жыл бұрын
I believe that the baseball with a face on it may be a part of (or at least “heavily inspired by”) a range of toys called MadBalls. They were popular in the 80s and had a revival a few years back. I wanted to get some but never saw them on the shelves at the time of the revival (plus i dont think i was really doing reviews at the time). Apparently they also do action figures now with the balls as heads. I may have to pick up a few of the figures if i can find them anywhere. I havent seen them in a while so i assume that the reboot didnt really work.

God, I remember that baseball ⚾ with the face on it (Crazy Ball he called it?) 🤔, I had several of them with different faces/styles... They were a bit of a craze at the time, late 1980s/early 1990s or so... The nostalgia is almost unbearable here! 😊 😀
@GrapieBro2 жыл бұрын
U mean mad balls the only one I know that has different faces and syles is mad balls
@nickthelick2 жыл бұрын
@@GrapieBro Yup, you're most probably correct! 😊 Mad Balls it most probably is! 😊 I had a few different ones, I think there were only 3 kinds? 🤔 My mate's dog decided they were his 'fetch' toys and pretty much decimated them! 😊 On a _completely _*_different_* note : that same mate I just mentioned (who owned the dog!), he had a 'toy' plastic boomerang and obviously as kids we had no luck in getting the damn thing to work and fly back to us! But when I once threw it from his window at the top of his house, I was just throwing it down to the ground... And when I did throw it, Wayhey! 😊 It totally worked and this heavy, thick plastic boomerang 'toy' all of a sudden became a potentially deadly weapon! 😊😀 I was well pleased with myself for a 9yr old! LoL! 😊 😀 I STILL show off my boomerang throwing skills to this day, should any of my friends get their kids toy boomerangs out in the park! 😊 LoL! "HOW did you do that?" 🤔 "Show me how you do that!" 🤔 Easy when you know the trick to throwing one! ✌🏼😁👍🏼 Errr, sorry, that was a totally random tangent to go off on! 😊

I remember The "Crazy Balls" (also called 'Mad Balls') were fantastic. I believe the Baseball one was called 'Screamin' Meemie". My brother had two; one that looked like a giant eyeball (Oculus Orbus) and one like a skeletons head (Dust Brain). I had 'Wolf Breath' who was a werewolf head.

i came from a time when balls were not very hard and not very resilient, so when the very hard, ugly Super Balls came out, we wanted them...just like we wanted hula hoops, Silly Putty, Slinkies, Etch a Sketches, etc. the point of Super Balls is to slam them down as hard as you can and marvel at how high they bounce back. even minimal effort produces quite a bounce.
