You are such a bright spirit and beautiful too. Seriously, I have to plan a vacation and come to your shop. You have gifted hands that showcase the beauty of our natural hair. Bravo, job well done.

Wow, her hair is sooooo motivational and inspiring to me because my hair is so much like hers and sometimes I wonder if it's possible to still get it 'super long and thick' when it's silver/salt and pepper. I never blow my hair out anymore (afraid of the heat), so it's hard to tell where I stand, but I'm hanging in there and hoping to get it to where the shrinkage doesn't matter and it still looks long.

Beautiful!!! I have to get on a life regime. Its weird when I first went natural I kept up with my hair. I got locs therm cut them and is a different story. I think I went about a month as well with my twists. I do want to get back into a regular routine. Maybe at least every two weeks would be good for me. Grandma's hair came out great!!! 💕your hair looked good as well.

Can you show us how much 'shed' your Grandma gets after a takedown, wash, and blowout before you re-braid or re-twist. I'm just curious. Also, does your Grandma find that her silver hair tends to try and tangle more easily. I notice the more silver hairs I get, the more those strands try to tangle around the darker strands.

I love twists but I always add braiding hair to the ends, to thicken it up an add some curl. Or you can add a thin piece from the beginning and by wrapping one or two times, it tightens the root and then start twisting. Either way everyone thinks it may hair. And it makes the style last longer. I use freetress twist it up hair.
@damarisrodriguez42442 жыл бұрын
Hello it's been a while, sorry I missed the live. I use twist as well but my hair is real curly. Grandma's twist came out amazing 🤩. Just wondering why did you put in grandmas twist so they can stay so neart. That my problem I can find anything yet to keep them in. Can you help by letting me know what was they product? I would appreciate from the bottom of my heart. Greetings from New York City 🇺🇸. Thanks for sharing God bless and stay safe. 🙏🏽🤗🥰🌺🦋

@angelahoward62562 жыл бұрын
The less my hair sees the light of day the better. So I try to add a braiding hair that mimics my natural hair and then I twist my hair inside it and it is working for me. I usually put it in a bun afterwards and re-moisturize as needed until it is time to wash again.
