I’ve been natural over 10 years. I’m going to get real serious about my hair growth goals. So I’m going to protective style (braids) 2 month at a time. Take vitamins, drink fruit and vegetable juices, cook lots of healthy soups and stews, less starchy foods and no junk foods. Stay positive and love affirmations to my natural hair. Love your accent my family is from Jamaica too. Happy new year to all.

Happy New Year...last year I protective styled with twists and mini braids with no extensions...i retained so much length ! I plan on doing the same for 2023 and using more products from black owned small businesses on Etsy...i feel like there products are better quality than the big box brands.
