Grandma's lentil stew from the Silvercrest pressure cooker with Kassler in just 35 minutes

Just like grandma made in the pressure cooker in just 35 minutes. Super tasty and almost by itself.
Ingredients for 4 liters of stew:
500g lentils
400g Kassler from pork
400g vegetables (carrot, celery, pepper, leek)
2 onions
5 potatoes
1 tbsp salt
3 liters of vegetable broth
100g bacon
oil for frying
50g sugar
50ml vinegar
4 bay leaves
