Today I'm sharing two of the most delicious recipes on my channel! a delicious cake that each of you can cook at home! The most popular recipe on my channel! Delicate, delicious cream that simply melts in your mouth!
Recipe and ingredients:
🧡2 eggs.
💛150 grams of sugar.
💙60 g of corn starch.
💚 mix everything well.
💜500ml milk.
🧡Brew the cream thickly over medium heat while stirring constantly.
💛let the cream cool down.
💙100ml of water.
💛100ml milk.
🧡a pinch of salt.
💜80g butter.
💚Once the butter has melted, add 120g flour.
💙 mix everything well.
💛 Cook the dough for 1-2 minutes while stirring constantly.
🧡Let the mixture cool down a bit.🧡
💛Add 3 eggs one by one.
💙Cake pan 20cm.
💚 Halve the dough.
💛 Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 °C
🧡 Beat 160 g butter (room temperature) until fluffy.
💙Vanillin.
💚 Gradually add the cooled cream.
💙The temperature of cream and butter must be the same.
💛 Collect cakes.
🧡Refrigerate to stabilize the cream for at least 3 hours.

💛3/4 cup sugar.
💙4 tbsp cornstarch.

💜2.5 cups milk.

Second recipe:

💛2 eggs, 150 grams of sugar.
💙70 grams of corn starch.

🧡 Vanillin, butter 50 gr.
