Erin , I have some tips for hot flashes, get some ice 🧊 in a baggie , place on your chest or mammary glands put under and on top , this will help you cool off, besides going to the freezer open the door wave back and forth 😉 been there done that for years. My work mates knew when I was having a hot flashes. Hope this helps a little bit. Take care!

Don't feel bad Erin. I dropped off during, sitting in front of the screen! Only 3 hours sleep last night! Lol I only missed a few items but glad it wasn't a zoom meeting 😄
