I've seen too many traditional martial artists without conditioning. Look at Sifu Chiu Wai at 78! Better conditioned than many modern traditional martial artists in their prime! It's things like the dedication to conditioning that round out the whole pyramid. This is a great clip!

SIfu Chiu Wai is a testament to what you can get from traditional martial arts. Most UFC guys will not be as health and strong as he is at 80 years young.

according to the MC in the video, sifu chiu wai is 90. i didn't know he was so much older than his brother, sifu chiu chi ling.

@isikalz I agree with you. Respect for an 80 yrs old for being in such amazing shape! Personally, I believe what he does is an amazingly good system of exercizes to stay in shape and healthy. About practical applications in fighting I have serious doubts, but then again as you said: at 80 yrs old he packs a punch a lot stronger than an average 50 yrs old. Respect!
