Old Footage may be 1980 ? I was with GM Rhee for 7 years as I senior Black Belt before I jointed ITF under Grandmaster Yun .
I learned a lot of discipline with GM Rhee and had many very interesting conversations at numerous Gradings Dinners and have a lot of real life stories to tell (privately)
GM Rhee was the real deal I personally got on very well with GM Rhee.
It was a great start to my martial arts journey and many great friendships were formed and some not so great :)
But GM Rhee believed in the original philosophy of TKD that was it was a martial art not a sport which I still agree to to this day 40 years later .
