Look how smooth Eddie idles now! 5.5 should not be a size in any car foreign or domestic. Having worked on a couple of Buick V6's in the past, I have seen the like of those coil packs. After you changed plugs and wires and it still idled rough I was like "coil pack" The back plugs always bite back, they don't like to be changed.
