My son has one, and my son both owned 1974 NITRI II 440 sleds. Sure, do miss the old Rupp's. Only wish had plastic hood not fiber glass. on the 76 Nitro's

Nice vid!! My dad was a Rupp dealer, the Nitros were and still are my all time favorites!! I haven’t seen a Rupp in years, sure miss em!! I’d give my left nut for that sled!!! Grandpas got balls but never took that Nitro over half throttle is this vid🤣… they were(are still) FAST!! Thanks for sharing!!

Nice old Rupp i love Rupp's.What's the factory rated horsepower. I Had a brand new 1974 Nitro II 440 with 55 H.P it was the fastest Sled in town at that time. There were Rupped again 400 F.A Skidoos and There 440 Silver Bullet. At the she would even take on the (3) Polaris and shut them down. The only Red sled in town back in 1974, Bought At B&E Interprise in Jay Maine off the show floor for $1,450.00.
