Hi Alex! Candles that can never be blown. 🤣 It was as if Grandpa had run a marathon! My family has done things like this when grandparents are still alive (no water involved though 😁). I do think we should take time to celebrate them any chance we've got. Grandpas and Grandmas need to know that they are loved and cared, and are appreciated by family.🥰

Hi 🤗 I have a question: who, what and most importantly why did with these candles? 🤣 Of all my grandparents, only one grandmother is alive, but she lives far away and I cannot visit her. 😔

@@squeakychairchannel Oooo that's sad.. it is hard when you live faraway. I live far from my family also. I try to send gifts and cards, or at least send them nice, warm messages via e-mail. I want them to know that they are loved. I really wish long life for your grandma, that she'll live to enjoy many kids and grandkids, and great grandkids! Do your culture do the same thing with the candles on B-day cake? Usually people set the candles according to the number of B-day boy/girl's age right? Maybe in the skit they tried to over do it because grandpa's soooo old (in their mind). 🤣 I'm wondering how they did it though, is it gas burner or something underneath that cake??😳

I remember that when I was little, my parents would put candles in the birthday cake for me on my birthday, but when I grew up, I stopped doing that. So I think that in each family, in its own way, some people put candles in the cake and some don’t.🙂

何度吹いても消えなかったらそりゃホース持ってきたくなるよなぁと思いながら見てました🤣というかあのロウソクどこから調達してきたのやら😂 ウチはおじいちゃんもお祖母ちゃんも両方亡くなったけど、逆に存命だったら親族集まって楽しくやってたのかなぁと思いました。昔母方の祖母の家に毎年正月に家族で遊びに行ってすき焼きを食べに行ってたんだけど、その時のお祖母ちゃんの口ぐせが「みんなでこうやって集まるのは今年で最後かもしれんねぇ」でした。それでも最後になる事なく、「おばあちゃん、そう言う人に限って長生きするんだよ」と話して、結局11回「今年で最後かねぇ」を聞いて無事に正月を迎えました。 10年前に亡くなったけど、とても明るくて優しいお祖母ちゃんでした。料理とか裁縫教えてもらえば良かったなぁ。ビデオも面白かったし、久々のバカルディちゃんの登場でほっこりさせていただきました😊

愛する人たちがこの世を去るのはいつも悲しいことですが、一緒に過ごした時間は今でも温かい思い出として残っています。 🤗

@@squeakychairchannel　おじいちゃんに関する記憶はほとんどないけど、お祖母ちゃんとの思い出の中ではいつも笑顔だった。だから思い出しても涙が出たりせず笑いながら思い出すのかな、と思ってます。ちなみに我が家の家族だった4匹の猫たちもそう😺バカルディちゃん見てると模様が３代目の猫思い出して色々と楽しいこと思い出されます😊
