Today my Husband & I 76/73 was cleaning out a building roof is just a little taller than me 5'3 My Husband was going in & out BAM! Hit his head. I said honey really you know you got to bend down.. He was saying nice words. a little later I hear BAAAAM! and down he was laying on ground. top of his head bleeding. He was trying to get up I got to him and Yep You bleeding You probably going have a head ache from that.. Yep he dose.. I went got a long ribbon cut it and was tying it to the boards across the door he said that not going keep me from hitting my head. Well Not another BAM did I hear.. LOL MEN!!

In the New Year I will go in to see if I really did tear my rotator cuff. Chiropractor doesn't know for sure. Also having femoral nerve pain to go with my sciatica nerve pain, which I have had for decades. I hate going to the doctor. Being in hospitals brings up losing my parents and MIL in hospitals. I think I have PTSD from months of visits among the three before their deaths in March 2015, February 2017, and Easter Sunday, 2023. My anxiety is through the roof, because people go to hospitals to die . Please pray for peace and guidance as I make appointments .
