I had to put my boxer down the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He went downhill within two weeks from taking him in for a limp. Now my Westie is not eating so I am making special meal. I was so blessed to have friends who had some kittens. This little kitties is so silly like my boxer was. My funeral has been paid for forever. I set it up 7 months after my husband died. I didn't want my son to pick out a casket. I already have my niche with my husband paid for also. Please pray for my friends family. Three family members passed away yesterday. A BIL, a cousin in Missouri and a grand daughter age 32.

Prayer is so powerful. There are times when it seems we just can’t pray for ourselves; we need the prayers of others. I heard a song several years ago that said “ somebody touched God for me. “ That is so true. We definitely need the prayers of others. Don’t ever feel like you don’t want to ask for prayer. We never know just whose faith will get a prayer through to the Father. At times we definitely need somebody to touch God for us. We will be honored to “ carry” your needs to the throne room. God has been so good.

We drove through New Orleans this morning. It was almost like a ghost town. We had no idea what happened in the wee hours this morning. We saw so many cops with lights and sirens coming and going in every direction. We knew something must have happened. We found out after getting to Gulfport Mississippi. Please pray for the poor people that got killed and injured, and their families. It’s a horrible way to start the new year.

It took me 3 months to get into an endocrinologist and found out a problem that had been effecting me 10 yrs plus. My now ex husband said that explained the change of my attitude then. My husband and I paid for our burial expenses to remove that burden of decisions from our children. When my husband died from Covid, the funeral home picked him up and all was taken care of. Give that blessing to your children.

My husband did our end-of-life expense a number of years ago, he has since passed away. When we went to make final plans for him it was all taken care of, even opening and closing the grave site. He prepaid for flowers on top of the casket. When we finished the paperwork we owed nothing, it was all covered. My husband loved big cars, and my son asks what type of hurst do you have. They said Ford probably, my son said that is not good enough for my dad's last ride, so they upped it to a Lincoln and charged 19.00 more. It was worth it, the 19.00. We all smiled knowing that is just what Ron would have done.

Ralph, my late husband was on amiodorone too. He had a really bad heart. It helped his heart to pump harder due to his heart attack killed the bottom portion of his heart muscle. Take care of yourself and your heart.
