As a Granny nerd and Extreme mode beater, heres some tips. Granny 1: Granny can see you in tunnels. Only if you are crouched. She cannot see your legs. Only your head. (Bug maybe?) The Game is done in presets. ITS NOT RANDOM! This is a common misconception. There are 5 item arrangements and they cycle. MEMORIZE THE ITEMS! Playing over and over will help you learn where everything spawns on what preset. The spider cellar escape DOES NOT NEED THE WHEEL CRANK! REGARDLESS OF PRESET! Mom Spider hears nothing. Keep Granny occupied before going somewhere AND TURN OFF MUSIC! You can hear where she is this way. Same works with the Spider Cellar! You can hear Mom Spider breathing! Granny is not as fast as you think she is. She's pretty slow when chasing. Well except for extreme. On the preset you were playing in your GC1 run, you were on PRESET 1! It's easier to build the shotgun. On every other preset. Go get weapon key. Granny NEVER spawns on the same floor as you! (NOT DISTANCE BASED!) This means if you are at the front door, she wont spawn in the living room but can in the basement and her other spawn locations. Granny 2: Grandpa is not deaf. He does hear somethings: Granny dying, his vase (OP asf), The hand wheel being used. Explosions. Gun shots and the iron maiden AND the security camera spotting you, are more. Granny also hears Grandpa dying too! HOLD ON TO THE STUN GUN! IT IS YOUR BEST FRIEND! Hide under tables! They cannot catch you. KNOW WHERE THEY BOTH ARE AT ALL TIMES by listening to footsteps and their daily routines This game has five presets too! ITS NOT RANDOM! Granny 3: Same as Granny 1 and two but: You can duck Grandpa's shots in time on EVERY DIFFICULTY! But it's harder to do so on each difficulty! GET RID OF SLENDERINA ASAP! She will bug you as much as possible if you are unlucky! I would recommend shaking your screen when slenderina appears! ITS EASIER TO AVOID HER THIS WAY! Grandpa can spawn next to your jailcell! BE CAREFUL AND DONT RUSH! And if Teddy spawns in the jail cell next you, YOU CAN OUTRUN THEM ON EXTREME WHEN GOING TO THE CRADLES ASSUMING THEY ARE BY Ticket Control! SHUT EVERY DOOR WHEN DOING SO. It takes them around a second to open a door! You can steal Grandpa's shotgun (As you did) Grandpa hears his vase ON THE PC VERSION ONLY! He doesn't hear it on mobile for whatever reason. Good luck!

@@endy27876 In Granny 3, assuming Teddy Spawned in the Jail Cell beside. Run down to ticket control and alert it. Hide in the cupboard near the boulder. Then pick up Teddy and run to Slenderina and SHUT EVERY DOOR! You have enough time to outrun them.

Heres some tips: Preset:4 is the best for the door escape. To speedy-crawl, go to any hiding spot like beds or the car, crouch,and then hide,and levave your hiding spot while uncrouching. If you do it right,you'll be faster,and crawling at the same time.

You can also go under tables, eg the one in the basement, and place an item against the wall. This will lure granny to behind that wall for a quick escape.

Heres a tip for you: 1. In chapter 2 when your in basement, use the iron maiden (a spikey closet), hide somewhere and wait for both of them to come down, then you can go upstairs safely 2. In granny chapter 2 grandpa hears: the iron maiden,his vase, shotgun shots, slendrina's child biting, security camera alarm, killing granny, using a handwheel. 3. In chapter 3, he hears shotgun shots, subway robot alarm, killing granny and his vase (vase only in pc version) but there is a weird bug that grandpa has, if you drop an item when hes investigating a noise he'll run upstairs to the gate control room so be careful

For future references you can hide right the opened sauna door and stay as close to the cornor of it as possible and granny won't see you as long as she makes a b line for the sauna. Keep it on before hand so the killing process starts and wait a few seconds before shutting the door and locking her in.

Easy tip, just hide almost every time (minus the hiding spots you actually find) because if you crouch then hide in random stuff (again minus the actual hiding spots you find) then they wont get you

Some tips for The Granny games All games: the items are NOT random, they follow something called “presets” google it, the item frames in granny 1 and 2 have their OWN presets and don’t follow the main presets. Hug the walls in narrow turns. You can spot granny/grandpa this way and know to run/shoot Granny 1: Watch out of the cupboard in the old house, it could soft lock you. You can hide in cupboards and under tables (same in granny 2) The pepper spray is a good early defense mechanism. Use freeze traps in rooms or hallways that are narrow. ALWAYS remember where you dropped items. If the master key is in the watermelon (if you’re on preset 1) DO NOT GET THE SHOTGUN, it’s objectively better to get the crossbow. Granny can break out off the sauna if you don’t turn it on (if she does, you can no longer lock up the sauna) Granny 2: the Stun Gun is op, keep it until you get the shotgun. If you’re going for the boat ending, and if you haven’t cleared the moat by spider baby’s (Slendrinas child’s) place, throw key items down into the moat, it sends it to the boat, Watch out of Granny though (sometimes Grandpa). Grandpa can STILL HEAR things, just not as much as Granny. The room above the security room is a safe place. If you’re not going for the helicopter ending,STILL UNCLOCK THE ROOM WHERE YOU SHOOT TARGETS, you can legit get INFINITE BULLETS for the shotgun, if you take out granny/grandpa they other one WILL COME to where you killed him/her (same for granny 3) Granny 3: Get Slendrina out of the way (by bringing the teddy bear to her crib) as soon as you can, you also get an item. You can dodge Grandpas shotgun by ducking when he shoots Grandpa sometimes spawns near where you spawn, watch out, if you’re going for the train ending REMEMBER TO BRING THE COIN. Only on pc Grandpa can hear you drop a vase. the sling shot is VERY OP EARLY GAME (Headshots with the slingshot can knock granny and grandpa for a longer time)

Fact: the other sewer that has the escape route is called the spider cellar. it has another character which is called spider mom. spider mom is the spider variant of slendrina's mother. she is also another deadly enemy; spider mom also appears in the ending cutscene when you escape in the spider cellar, along with granny.

pro tip, you can also do this in ch 1 but it is very risky, you can lure granny on any mode such as extreme mode but you have to drop the vase near the bed and hop in and out when granny is in the same spot, it took me 10 attempts to do this but I eventually beat extreme for the first time

Ok, so, the way it works is the first time you drop down those holes, there is a grate, if you fall while on top of the grate you don’t get stunned because the grate acts as a floor. However when I go down that hole at a later time in that attempt, I do get stunned.
