Juan my Dude, I was wondering why your accent and phrases sounded so natural and normal to me. Now I understand why. I am 10 years older than you are and I lived in West Lawn ( the burbs of Reading) from three months of age until I was 12 years old. After one of your wonderful videos, my hubby and kids tell me " Your accent is showing" . That is one of the best things they could tell me. Keep the blankets! So what if they are not perfect. It means: it was made by a human, who cares. it was in the beginning of your crochet journey. they have stood the test of time. And you can see how far you have come with your crochet skills. Finish that scrap-gan and proudly have it on your bed. I am off my soap box now and will be over here with my hot chocolate. See you in the next one.

Hi Juan. Your blankets are beautiful. I especially like your brown one and the gorgeous white/grey/black that your Mum made. I would never part with either one of them. I am crocheting a queen size blanket for my 10 year old granddaughter now and have Colorama Halo to make a blanket for myself, following Crystal, after that. Who am I kidding? Hi Juan, these blankets are priceless. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DON’T give away the beautiful blanket your mom made for you❤. She must have put so much love into it. I think the gray, black, and white are just beautiful. I have a knitted blanket my mom made when my father was dying of cancer. She would sit by his side and knit. I had just turned 6 yrs old 10 days before he passed. I don’t use the blanket but I imagine the memories ❤❤. Going to watch #2 now. ❤gayle
