The crazy thing is that it genuinely isn’t a given; dyes aren’t all 100% veg-based, so non-vegan cotton yarn is not uncommon. There are so many unexpected non-vegan things, like most wine, lots of printed stuff, etc. :S

“Hi! Welcome to the cooking portion of this already weird video.” Toni, this is, by far, one of (if not THE) most favorite video by you that I’ve watched. First of, it’s super real. You include your husband, your dog and cat, you tagged Robin, you cook and give a demo, and you cracked me up with the wine comment about not being responsible for what happens after you start drinking for the evening. I can officially say I got a little bit of all my favorite video content right here: crochet, yarn review, dogs/pets, cooking, and life in general. LOVED IT (and would welcome more of this). You do you, boo!

I so appreciate your comments regarding your first question. Especially the part about doing the work. We’ve become a society of people who just simply want to be spoonfed answers instead of looking for them on their own. Your content is amazing. All the free information that you have out there on your blog and on your KZbin videos is so helpful. I’ve only been crocheting for half an hot minute and I have learned so much from you. And I totally get that you have to make an income. I either buy the PDFs, or I leave of the blog open and watch the ads. Thank you so much for what you do!

I’m in love with everything about this video. it’s like someone started recording me at 1am on a Saturday night but with cuter head scarves and better crochet skills. That is a steep price for so little yardage but not surprising when GOTS certified and organic. My organic cottons feel so soft and nice but are also hand wash or dry clean only too. Also not a fan of that. But worth it to keep that soft texture on a lace sweater. Can’t wait for next video! ❤❤

I think you are a great teacher. I have been crocheting for over 50 years, but there is so much out there to still learn. Tunisian crochet was one of them. Your videos are so easy to follow and have helped me a lot in branching out in that particular area of crochet. Keep up the great work, I am a big fan. I have 3 cats and 1 dog who all get along now, but it was not always the case. All I can say is don't give up on your fur babies, they will come to at least tolerate each other, which may even lead to great affection.

I love your fun attitude & becoming addicted to your videos❣️ Your cake looked yummy. I also love your honesty, out of MANY different crochet videos I’ve watched you & one other person has actually said what they don’t like about a yarn that was given to them to try. Most just ooh & ahh over every yarn & don’t tell any of the negative things about it like the price or the feel of the yarn compared to other similar yarns that are cheaper. Thank you for offering some free tutorials, I know a girl has to eat & I understand needing to sell your patterns but truly appreciate what you offer for free to those of us who are on a very tight budget. I’m a disabled cancer survivor & all my savings went to doctor bills & now I’m surviving on a tiny SS disability check. So please know you are appreciated very much from so many of us who can’t afford to give but wish we could. Blessings to you & everyone who reads this. 🤗🙏🏼🦋

I am so glad you went through with it and designed the Holiday Sampler Tunisian Blanket. I made is about 3 or 4 years ago and it is still on my sofa. You got my hooked on Tunisian Crochet. I did not use the correct yarn, but mine still came out exactly as I wanted it to be. Thank you for the bonus of the recipe - I have a Duncan Hines Carrot Cake box in my kitchen as well as 2 over ripe bananas, so I will be making it tomorrow. As you say, one tires of plain old banana bread (although it still remains a hit in my house. Take care and sending some crochet hugs.
