Sylvia, I have been a subscriber for many years. You for sure put a lot of time and work into your videos. I appreciate your tutorials and beautiful designs. I can understand the part about the arthritis issues. I am having the same problems. I hope that it all works out for you and prayers for you as you care for your parents. ❤

Thank you so much for this comment. I appreciate your loyalty! So sorry about the arthritis. Hopefully it's not too bad and you can still crochet. See you on the next video!

Sylvia, I was looking at all your thumbnails, and they are mostly wearables, which I love crocheting wearables. I have been a long time subscriber, but sadly always just looking. So sorry because you deserve better especially from all the hard work that you do, and give! I’m going to try my best to watch through more of your videos because you deserve it! I will be 80 years old in a few months, but your face is very familiar to me as I have said, and I do want to help!❤ my son lives with me to help maintain my house and property, but I am able to get around and take care of myself, a little slow at cleaning and cooking, but I get it done. That’s very good of you to take care of your parents like you do and you’re right it is a lot of work. God bless your heart and all your endeavors.❤😊

I appreciate your lovely comment so much! You are so sweet to want to support my work by watching more of the videos. That is so helpful. Eighty years old? Good for you! It is heartwarming to hear that your son is with you to help as needed. Thank you for the words of encouragement. Blessings to you as well.
Sylvia, Favorite Stripes, is my favorite of the ❤️heart yarns! This is a fabulous project. Thank you, for this tutorial. Awesome! Great tip about the fringe from the outside of the skein. 🥰

I am so sorry to hear all the difficulty that you are going through right now sweetheart. You will truly be in my prayers I want to thank you for all the beautiful videos you have created. I just learned how to crochet during the pandemic and some videos. I have watched all the way through and others I have not I have a certain type of style of what I’ve like and of course this video right here is what I love I even have that yarn six rolls of it but I don’t know how to read patterns. But I will make it a point to go back and watch all the videos all the way through any that caught my interest wishing you the best with your move taking care of your parents, which is something I know about it takes a lot of patience and a little more patience, so good luck sweetheart with everything.

Thank you so much for this. I truly appreciate your kindness and support. You are so right that taking care of elderly parents takes patience and a little more patience. SO true and I thank you for that reminder. As for watching the videos, I suggest simply letting them run and walking away. That way you don't need to actually "watch" the entire video. This is what I do with channels I support. Thank you again.

@@CrazyCoolCrochet yes! I love it. I used blue 4 weight as major color with cream stripes. Looks awesome. Will redo in white like yours with a lighter weight yarn. Love it that much :)

I'm so sorry you have so much on your plate! It can't be easy for you. I'm also disappointed I won't be able to make this poncho. I have tried for years and years (I'm 63), and between my ADHD and other issues, I just can't read patterns. It causes way too much stress for me. I hope your life cuts you some slack soon. Will continue to follow. I absolutely love all your hard work.

Thank you so much for the purchase, however a written, printable pattern is not a video. I do not sell videos.
@LakeEffectSnowАй бұрын
@@CrazyCoolCrochetmy thoughts are jumbled, so bear with me! Is it possible for you to sell the written pattern(s) and include an instruction video with purchase? I saw your answer about not selling videos. My problem is I cannot read a pattern to save my soul. I’d be happy to purchase a pattern, if accompanied by a video.
@CrazyCoolCrochetАй бұрын
@@LakeEffectSnow Thank you for the question. The video is right here. On KZbin. There is no separate video to sell with or without the pattern. It is not possible, with any of my email providers, to send out a video the length of my tutorials. The video is right here for free.

Hey Sylvia. About your arthritis, my father is 82 years old and has arthritis for most of his life. He swears by natural remedies. And his go to is ginger and devil's claw. My dad had a knee replacement already doctors told him he could never work on sea again but he did. They told him he can't walk without a stick he walks without a stick! I know people will come along and say try this or that and it sounds silly but I hope you can look into this. He uses a combination of ginger, turmeric, devil's claw and garlic please look into it if you feel like it. Kindest regards💙

Thank you so much for taking the time to offer your help. This is so kind of you. I will look into for sure. I don't have the typical, run of the mill arthritis. I have the autoimmune version. More difficult to treat. I would much prefer natural remedies, but not sure that would work here. Thank you again!

@@CrazyCoolCrochet hello oh I understand completely, my father has osteoarthritis. I've done a little bit of research this morning on yours just to learn a bit more. And I understand now. Arthritis is a disease that truly takes away the way of your normal living and you have to work around it and make room for it in your life but don't let it control you. You are a strong lady all the best my dear!!

@@winterblommetjie You have given me much to think about. Don't let it control you...excellent advice. Sometimes the full body pain (not joints) does take over, but the right meds have been helping lately. Thank you so much for you concern. I do appreciate you!

@@CrazyCoolCrochetyou're welcome 😊 I learned all of this from watching my father and how he lives with arthritis. He has learned to manage it and you will too it's very easy to let it bring you down because you cannot do as many things as you have in the past. But it's not the end you will learn a new way to live and get along with your arthritis. You're going to be fine. There'll be good days and bad days but you will be fine❤🤗
