Grant Cardone, a real estate investor and motivational speaker, returned to VladTV and revealed he has been acquitted of all charges related to a 'frivolous' lawsuit accusing him of fraud, misrepresentation, and over-promotion. The lawsuit filed against Cardone by investor Luis Pino sought reparation for $10,000 initially invested in two of Cardone's funds. Cardone pointed out that the suit was more about damaging his reputation rather than seeking justice. He further stated that there was no evidence, financial or otherwise, acknowledging Pino's claims. After investing over $1,000,000 and three years in fighting the suit, Cardone declared that he decided not to settle as it would amount to 'tapping out', despite the fact he could have refrained from costly lawyer expenses by complying with Pino's request initially. Ultimately, the court dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice, forbidding any relaunching of the same lawsuit. Grant Cardone detailed the lawsuit and a variety of other topics that can be heard in the full interview above.

As someone who's into investing, I often wonder how successful investors make millions. Right now, I have $545K from selling my home, and I'm not sure what to do next. Should I invest in stocks now, or wait for a better chance?

The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

Dave Ramsey is a whack job. His advice is to pay off personal debt but a chimpanzee can do that. The problem most have is an income generating problem. If you have $3,000 in expenses per month and only make $3,500 per month forget about paying off debt. You need to earn more money before worrying about anything else. Paying off the debt won’t solve the real problem.

I wonder how Grant handles charge backs on the $500 per month retainers. I run a marketing and coaching company and it seems whenever there's a chargeback for whatever reason, we have no opportunity to win. I agree with the idea of "you sign a contract, you are obligated to pay for it" just like when we sign a contract for a car, home, etc.

I would strongly advise to watch all the interviews DJ Vlad has done with Grant Cardone. Start from the first interview which was 4 years ago. DJ Vlad did a great job interviewing Grant and he is very knowledgeable himself on money, economy and how society works. If you want to become rich and succesful, watch the 4 interviews. Market trends can turn around very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?

This is still a window-shopping market. But there are a lot of intriguing stocks to watch from a variety of sectors. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.

If you syndicate 3 billion of apartments for example at a 70/30 pref with 30 going to GP and they become worth 5 billion after say 500 million of capex you have 1.5 billion of upside before other costs. 1.5 billion X.30 = 450 million ( really less than this with other resale costs ).
