Love your honesty and transparency. Been following you for a year now and have all your books. It's changed my mentality and I no longer waste my time with distractions. I've accomplished so much just this year and it's not even over yet! Going home to Rwanda. Got 24 acres of land and one of my goals is to make my own wine, specifically a top competitive cab sauv. @@awesomevedios3141 He's got a shit ton of books bro and in different languages. I love his Be Obsessed or be Average and his real estate one. If you go on his web page, some of them are practically free, just pay shipping and handling. Or you can go on audible. It's pretty cool when Uncle G narrates cuz he adds his own spin. 🤣 The 10x Rule and Sell or Be Sold I love as well.

Expected a cellar you can sit in and open a bottle to enjoy. Warmer tones, velvet maybe, minimized echo. Also many of those wines are on the downside of their bell curve. Don't hold for too much longer. Spin the ones inverted upside down so you're at a 10% angle towards to the cork. That room also seems like it's glass to show off the room but it's just ambience, utility wise you're sacrificing the wine by exposing it to so much natural light.

Agreed it doesn't matter what the cellar looks like but it does matter that it's dark in there, to anyone who knows wine you know grant has some of the best in the world in that cellar so it's hard to see them in bad conditions but it's non of our buisness anyways as long as they lay down on there side, are in a dark room and have 55 degree Temps your laughing. Congrats Grant on those bottles I can only wait till I build my empire to enjoy those as well! cheers and thank you for the great content

Hi Grant Really enjoy that you're a sucker for wine! Born in France I cannot stress enough that drinking wine (sipping it for the most expense bottles!) is part of a good (and healthy) lifestyle. Having guests over and sharing such delicious moments is respecting them in the full sense. I love how they are about service and creating value to the customer and client. It's def not for everyone. I'm about to start module 2, where I'll be able to figure out my DOT/niche. I recomend you to add Greek wines in your collection, even better to come here and take a few from Santorini, Paros, Peloponese area and Macedonia. Its also for me a goal to make a celar. Good for you to achieve your goal. Keep going!
