How do u camera track those difficult close up shots

sometimes there's a blurry bit of background you can track, other times we'll track their face and then mix it back to the background, and when that fails we just hand match it :)

@@blented Good tip. track a face with 50% sometimes mix helps track parallax shots like a green screen with no tracking markers.
