I really love your videos! :) I have a question, I would like to make 3d models for sale as a small side income (during my freetime when off work), do the buyers require your 3d model to be created with specific softwares? For example like, you made a 3d plant or any in-game vegetation using Blender 2.8, but let's say the company runs their game using Maya, is my product considered usable to them? (I just know that most gaming company requires people with Maya skills), or must I make the 3d model using Maya in order for them to be able to use in their game/company? *PS I'm new to design field xD , super blur with these

Wow, the Gnome tutorials was just awesome, thanks man, your tutorials are extremely good! I made something that doesn't look completely horrible (to my eyes). I did however make a pretty big mistake and modelled the beard from the main "head" object so I can't assign a different material to it. So I have to decide whether to add a beard or turn my current "skin beard" in to a normal chin, which I think I might end up doing, hehe.
@xsolaris423 жыл бұрын
lol literally just done that. As a work-around, I ended up setting a vertex group for the part that I considered to be the "face" and coloured that in a "skin colour" & left the rest as "white hair" xD
