The over riding is so confusing now the permalink is Checkouts/checkout so clicking check out from the elementor cart it goes to a 404 page because its not connected to the woocommerce default checkout page

Thats when you're editing the checkout page, because with FunnelKit you can have multiple checkout pages (your Store Checkout, and then checkout steps in many Sales Funnels). They're all posts in the Checkout post type that FunnelKit creates. But your Store checkout should just be /checkout once you put it live

Yep, that's default WooCommerce. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Account (or similar) and you should have options there
