My career now is being a talent agent for artists, speakers, performers etc. But I have sold vacuums, financial services, tangible goods and many other services and I have followed Grant since I was a child watching my father sell cars on the lot and life insurance door to door. I have to much to say about Grant when people call him UNCLE G. He is LITERALLY MY UNCLE. I would be sitting there watching his videos when I was a child instead of watching cartoons while I ate the cheap snacks for the customers in the car dealership while my father walked the lot faster than the others, worked hard than the others, moved more metal than the others. And I could not be more proud of my father and appreciative of letting me see Grant LONG BEFORE Facebook came out. I will tell you this when he says "i just kept moving and I never wrote the serial numbers down" that is how I was trained by my father, my mentors and Grant. Stop caring about what other people think, stop being stupid, stop being a little bitch... get the deal. Period. And I am the only one in my industry that is a Cardonian it feels like and I am going through Cardone U again! 10X

It was surprising to hear Grant say at time 13:50 "I was telling Jarrod Gladnt the other day, I think people don't like me, we've been trying figure that out" - this perception is wrong. You're a likable guy and the sincerity with your outreach to help others seems genuine. You can re-calibrate or re-think your perception as follows. Because I had an older brother born almost the same day and year (1958) as you, and because his personality was exactly like yours in this regard - I grew up studying the issue. It boils down to the inclination of males to dominate. All males have a desire to dominate (to different degrees obviously) and most people TEMPER THAT and mute it. If a person allows the normal instinct to dominate others show itself, it makes everyone around instantly be on guard. Some guys don't appreciate it because they learned to mute the need to dominate and being jarred into "I don't like the idea someone is trying to dominate" pops into their head. My brother never muted this normal instinct to dominate. It manifested in his demeanor, how he interacted with others. He got labels like "volatile", 'powder keg', and so on. He was actually a really, really nice guy. He was a successful entrepreneur who struck out on his own in his early 20s in HVAC and built a large business. His reputation for delivering great results for his customers was locally legendary. He never seemed to mind that people 'kept a safe distance' from him. After decades of watching him, I knew he struggled with a bit of feeling isolated and I never told him what I saw, as an objective observer. We grew up in the same family, and no one else got this "volatile" reputation. I always figured he knew the score, but after he passed, and the things he said during his last days, I really do not think he did understand it. I'm sure it's a gene thing. Some people love math, some don't. Some people put others 'on edge', some don't. It's a big world, and you deal the cards you're given, and although my brother suffered a bit, I think, from not understanding the 'why', he led a full life and was a good businessman. And what do they always tell us? "Be yourself." So I'm sure he always felt that he was being true to himself.

While playing on a swing with her grandfather, a metal plate that secured the swing to the front porch ceiling suddenly broke off. The upbeat environment, combined with the support of her parents and her three brothers, motivated Lalia as she began intensive physical therapy three hours a day. Lalia’s treatment involved using Modified Constraint-Induced Therapy approach: a removable cast was placed on her right arm so that she would have to focus on using her left arm and hand. This would help her re-learn skills such as dressing herself and holding a script. The team also worked on assessing her cognitive and memory recall skills by having her read and memorize lines and follow multi-step instructions.
