I have the same problem, finding good reliable people to work for me. I could 10x my business but that problem is holding me back

Well he answered this question. You gotta be willing to pay them enough so that you can be a pr8ck and make demands for perfection. I used so many budget freelancers and the quality was always the same until I hired at the top end.

What was his gross income? Mowing lawns isn't too profitable but still a very steady stream of income. Plus you get all the extras that come with the property that's where you make the real profits.
