There are government "set aside" programs where the funds are already put through appropriations committee just waiting for you, as a female business owner. Research female owned set aside funds or contracts etc. several different and to search. (Just keep trying any and all configs of your search)...good luck

The US government doesn't usually give money directly to people outside the United States. It gives to nonprofits or other governments to pay for services, or to distribute dollars.

I have tried to research options for people in Asia, but they seem very limited (and perhaps my limited language skills prevented me from finding information).
