Bend or outstreched arm on the forhand? How about a Video on it?

It doesn't matter whether your forehand has a bend in it or straight at contact. I think 80% of top 100 ATP players use a bent arm forehand. My advice is dont force a straight arm forehand as it eill be forced and mechanical. Just hit your forehand in whatever way comes naturally to you.
