Had I watched this video a bit earlier, I would never got broken and beaten last Saturday being broker twice in each set.. Today after watching the video I run twice through checklist 10 min before match. I figured out that my checkpoint number 4 was abysmal. Once fixed, the serve started to shine as new ! After match may opponents requested this video to be sent ASAP ! :) Thanks a lot, Grant. If I could put more likes I would. :)

@@heiyiplee2800 agreed. Throw in here point number eight about feet position and that would be pure perfection.

I lost the „right feeling“ for my serve changing from indoor to outdoor 3 weeks ago, was almost losing hope, studied this video yesterday evening, repeating the movements in my kitchen (cautiously, ceiling…), went to the court today and my serve was back! THANK YOU 🤩🤩

Hey bro, when are you releasing more courses? Your forehand blueprint has turned my forehand into my main weapon after nothing else worked (4.5 or 5 NTRP). The footwork course was the cherry on top. Waiting on serve masterclasses, as well as mental game and strategy. For nos these vids are filled with great content! 😎👍🐬

I am a bit confused between checkpoint no.2 and no.7. They seem to be contradicting? Or I did not understand properly😂
@GrantVanderHayden4 ай бұрын
Checkpoint number one is associated with how high or how low your elbow should be checkpoint number 2 is how in front or far back it should be these are two separate planes of motion
