Been to Grapevine Mills?

It's been a long time since I've been there. I did like their H&M and Forever 21 (before it became F21 Red) back in my days of wearing fast-fashion, but I don't like those stores anymore. I think there's too many distractions and sensory overload in fast-fashion stores for me now, not to mention the fact that I made some "questionable" fashion choices when I shopped at those stores. If I go to an indoor mall, it will normally be North East Mall because they have my favorite women's clothing brand, White House Black Market (WHBM). North East Mall is only one of two indoor DFW malls to have WHBM; the other mall is Stonebriar in Frisco (it's an older store though, likely the first WHBM in DFW). WHBM, along with their Chico's FAS sister brands Chico's and Soma Intimates, tend to prefer locating in outdoor lifestyle centers over indoor malls. University Park Village in Fort Worth also has WHBM and it's a lot closer to where I live; ironically, when I went to TCU I actually preferred their North East Mall store (despite University Park Village being just up the street) because the fitting rooms were more spacious and luxurious. I've also been to the Southlake Town Square WHBM as well, back in May on the day Aritzia opened (Aritzia was my primary reason to visit Southlake Town Square that day). WHBM does have an outlet store at Allen Premium Outlets (unfortunately it seems they closed the outlet at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets). I don't go to their outlets because outlet purchases are excluded from the WHBM Rewards+ program, and Allen is pretty far from me; I did once visit their mainline Allen store at Watters Creek when I was in the area. There are also frequent-enough sales in their regular stores that I would prefer to take advantage of those, not to mention the fact that many outlet stores carry lower-quality "made for outlet" items instead. I don't do online shopping (normally) since I really need to try on the items to see if they fit before I buy, and I don't want to deal with the hassle of returns. So yeah, I don't really go to Grapevine Mills anymore, mainly because they don't have my favorite brands, along with the fact that I don't normally like outlet stores. Not every store at Grapevine Mills is an outlet, though most are.

Yep. Been there many times. I spent 14 years working there. Started in September of 1997, 1 month before the mall opened for business and left in June of 2011. I have a lot of memories. Thanks for the video.

My last visit to this mall was in August of last year. However I will be back in Dallas in November. Can't wait.

Causally passes by the most interesting part of the mall taking about the length of the mall.
