In my review, I found this cooling assembly pretty useful and if you don't want to buy expensive fans for your graphic card then you can definitely go for this custom solution and it will solve your problem.
I bought this from Amazon in 600 rupee only and I used it for my GTX 970 4GB graphic card which is almost 6 - 7 year old one. I am happy to buy this inexpensive solution for graphic card cooling.

Filhal to maine GF change kardiya hai.. but this setup work if GF Fan got damaged. It works better than stock fan. Airflow is really good.
