But this the Judge cannot sought an opinion from the interpreter, its wrong, secondly the panel must allow the witness to put her version and lastly with respect to SC he knows that he supposed to deal with the issue of interpretation during the cross and make a submission accordingly. The Chairperson needs to be inpartial and not to be seen cross-examinng the witness. Where is her representative , is she sleeping?
