Graphic. Lancing an abscess on a goat buck. Very disgusting.

An abscess can happen from bites, fences such as barbed wire, or any other injury including the animal biting it’s cheek (which happened to one of our goats)!
It’s basically an infection that is growing under the skin.
It can burst on its own, or it can be lanced and irrigated to promote quicker healing.
