Best ever!! From now on, I don't have to waste my time figuring out other v/ds to understand math.You are my #1. Thanks.

Thank you so much, this will definately help on my test. I could not understand how to graph a slant, but thanks to you I do. Keep it, we simpletons appriciate it. :)

How did you input the oblique assymptote. It wasn't clear
@noirkenny2 жыл бұрын
from y=3x+6, when x=0, y=6 and when y=0, x=-2 .. then join the two points

is it possible to consider as oblique asymptotes if it is 3x^3+4 over x-2? I was wondering because I wasn't been able to ask my teacher about this and none of my classmates know about this.

I had trouble with the y-intercept for the slant asymptote.
@baileypang30838 жыл бұрын
what do you say would be the range of the function since it has a slant asymptote?
@mammaramir8 жыл бұрын
R=YER because the y-values do not ever stop
@noodlewhitley2 жыл бұрын
You'd have to put in a few Xs (maybe x = 5 and x= 3.5) to confirm, but it looks like the range goes from negative infinity up to negative 2, then picks up again at 26 and continues up to positive infinity. The range is the possible y values, or output values.
