Interesting video! Impressive team-work (less talk - more work). It would become a very interesting video if you could add some information about the proces. Are the large crucibles shaped more than one time? If so, why? Is the inner-shaper made from a tree log or just the top part where the hammers strike? How much do these large crucibles weigh? Wet, dry and after firing.

Great, Very Hard and Skilled Workers, no doubt this is one of Dirty Jobs they are performing Skilfully, there is only One Machine looked in the Video, the Extruder, no Equipment for Lifting/ Handling and Conveying; all the system is Manual. actually these are cheaper. Making them with hydraulic press costs more for smaller manufacturers in India. Human labour is cheaper than the cost of setting up machinery.

Gas fired crucibles are mostly used in bigger industries. These cheaply made crucibles are meant for local metal workers who output is a few tons a year.
