Grasello Venetian plaster from Firmolux. Bi-colored, multi layered technique for walls

Hey Ron beautiful work. I’m going to do a 8’x25’ wall in my house in a dark blue. I’ve used modern masters Venetian plaster before. But never the real grassello plaster. Do you think I should try the grsssello or stick with what I know? I like the real shiny look, but I’m afraid it won’t come out looking very good.
