Ducking and weaving through the offices as the hover-copter hunts you down has got to be one of my favourite moments in this game. I've got fond memories of my first play of the level where I ended up taking it out with my last couple of falcon rounds as I hid in the stairwell

You have to kill the first 7 guards without them noticing you / shooting back. As you can see one of them noticed me but didn't shoot back so I got it still. The last guard will drop the magnum.
