Another excellent video Eddie. I have this route planned for the summer so it was useful to see what it’s like. Hope I get the same weather! Thanks for that.

Thanks Alan, this was a really good walk in great weather, Easedale Tarn is a great place to sit and just take it all in! Thanks again for watching & commenting, it is appreciated. I think we are all looking forward to getting back out again once the restrictions ease. Take care. Cheers. Eddie.

Re-watch of this (yes, still stuck in the house) and despite still enjoying it, it's amazing at how you filming has come on over the last year. It would be nice to be over there today, with the same weather, cheers Alan

Hi Alan. Yes I agree about the filming. I have to admit, my earlier videos were pretty poor. I will eventually replace them all with more up to date videos. It was you who persuaded me to do some talking on the videos, so I have you to thank for that. I also want to thank you again for giving my channel a mention on your latest video, I have gained a few subscribers since your mention. It is a pity you have to be stuck in the house at the moment and yes it would be nice to be over at the Lakes with that good weather. If it is any consolation, the weather does not look good over at the Lakes for the next few days, so stick at it, your isolation will pass and you can get back out again. Take care. Cheers. Eddie.

I love walking from Grasmere and this is one of my favorites. When I look at this it makes me so impatient for the summer to come back again and on a hot day like that I would have had to have had a dip at Sour Milk Gill, if not on the way up, defiantly on the way down. Great days hiking, cheers Alan

Thanks Alan, yes I agree, looking forward to those long summer days again. I did cool my feet off in Easedale Tarn as we were sitting by the Tarn which was so refreshing! Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers. Eddie.

Thats a walk the Mrs and I were supposed to do last summer but she aggravated an old ''injury''(so she said) and could only manage the tarn........have looked at a few of your walks and find them really enjoyable, as well as useful guides they give satisfaction to the viewer...................cheers,Stu.

Really appreciate the comments Stu, the feedback is useful. This was another good day, although steep coming back down to Easedale Tarn in places. We could have sat at the Tarn for ages, it is a really nice place. Thanks for watching and commenting, it is really appreciated. Cheers. Eddie.

Amazing views and a very pleasant walk.. Helpful for me too, as planning my routes around this area for a 4 day/night wild camping holiday this March... My first and could be my last if the weather goes to bad, lol..

Hi Sara. If you are coming from the direction of Keswick on the A591 take the first sign posted road into Grasmere Village opposite " The Swan" pub. There is a large car park on the left hand side next to Grasmere Village Hall and just past a childrens play area. If you are coming from the opposite direction, just look out for The Swan Pub on the main A591 road and take the turn off for Grasmere Village. Cheers. Eddie.
