Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes
1 large onion
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Grate the potatoes and onion, then squeeze out the excess water.
Place the grated potatoes and onion in a bowl.
Add the flour, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper to the bowl, and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and place small scoops of the potato and onion mixture into the pan. Fry until golden and crispy.
