3:05,,,, I sat on the roof of that building for this show, and Motley Crue's "same ole situation" video recording! Me and Ed shimmied up the drain pipe of the gutters and watch half the shows before we got caught! Little did I know that I'd be the one too tell these stories too the world 35 years later! My time is almost done, but having the ability to tell these stories, is my right of passage through this life! I am so grateful for these stories, I can die today, and have no regrets! This was my life, this is who I am, and I just wish all of my friends from those days could be here today too tell their sides of those stories! You, the next gen, you need to remember your past, so that the next GEN can avoid mistakes you made, and also progress into the best gen in history! We need never forget our roots! Because it is where we come from, but the choices you made, should be the learning they get! Mistakes correct the course of history so that the future can not make the same choice!

Maybe they’re underrated overall. But they’re beloved by those of us that know them and love them. I kind of think us Deadheads like it that way. If you know, you know. We never wanted the Dead to be the most popular band in the world, we wanted them to be just what they were. And we love them for that, they were just what we needed, and thanks to the tapers and KZbin, they still are.
