Was at this very show. Third time seeing the Dead. (Cap Theater Feb 1971 & Academy of Music March 1972). Both those show were in typical theaters. But at the Nassau Coliseum the floor was general admission - half packed and the other half dancing. I’ll Never forget walking through the crowd of dancers. Also Saw the Dead at Watkins Glenn - but we were so far away - and the group I went with were there to see the Allman Bros - this included me although I loved the Dead. Heading to college and the Dead seemingly “broke up” in 1974 and my interests were into progressive rock - I reluctantly lost touch with listening to the Dead until the late 1990s. In 1978, I did have the pleasure to eat lunch with Robert Hunter without knowing it was him until we left. These days I am learning to play GD songs.

I like the 73 series you put up. Are these also in the new box set? Just curious. 🙏 Thx
